Includes GST, standard freight and personal preparation. Delivery and pickup are the same price.

For several prints, combined freight is calculated when you review your order. No printing begins before Paul checks your image.

Care for your image.
Clarity about your order.

We check resolution, sharpness, cropping and colour, then prepare your photograph for the selected print. Significant crop or appearance changes are sent to you for approval. Restoration, extensive retouching and image reconstruction are quoted separately.

Full payment is taken when you order. Paul places your print order manually with Brilliant Prints after checking and preparing your photo.

Preparation and cancellations

Your total includes $20 including GST per uploaded image for professional checking, colour management and preparation. This is not an extra fee and is counted once for multiple copies of the same image. If you change your mind before printing, a full refund applies before preparation starts; after preparation is completed, $20 per prepared image is retained and the balance refunded. If your photo fails our initial suitability check, we offer a replacement photo or full refund before further work. Once printing has been ordered, cancellation depends on whether production can be stopped. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.

Delivery or WILDFOTO pickup

Both options include freight from Brisbane. Select your Australian delivery address or collection from WILDFOTO at checkout. We’ll contact you when your print is dispatched or ready to collect. Production and delivery times are confirmed after review.

Your photos stay private

Your original is stored privately and is used to prepare and fulfil your order with Brilliant Prints. It is not added to the WILDFOTO gallery. Unordered uploads expire after seven days. Order files are kept for preparation and reprints; contact us to request removal when your order is complete. Please keep your own original.
