About these terms

These terms apply to the WILDFOTO websites, connected services, and the owner-operated WILDFOTO Video Manager API client. Separate written booking, purchase or licensing terms apply where WILDFOTO supplies a paid service or licences footage.

YouTube services

WILDFOTO Video Manager uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube connection, the authorised user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube may change or restrict their services under their own terms and policies.

The YouTube connection is intended only for WILDFOTO’s authorised owner to upload footage that WILDFOTO owns or has permission to publish. It must not be used to infringe copyright, privacy or other rights, to evade platform restrictions, or to upload content that breaches YouTube’s policies or Community Guidelines.

Access and security

Private administration tools, service credentials and API-client access must not be shared with unauthorised people. WILDFOTO may suspend or remove access where needed to protect its content, systems or connected accounts.

Content and availability

Website previews and catalogue information are supplied for evaluation and may change. A Showcase is not necessarily the original master offered for licensing. WILDFOTO does not promise that a website, API, connected provider or particular item will always remain available.

Privacy and disconnection

The WILDFOTO Privacy Policy explains how data is handled, including YouTube API data, revocation and deletion. The authorised owner may disconnect YouTube within Video Manager or revoke access through Google’s permissions page.
